Descripción

Este curso está orientado a la obtención de la certificación como Consultor de ISO/IEC 20000 bajo el esquema de certificación del itSMF.

Tanto el temario como los materiales han sido autorizados por el itSMF y cumplen con los requerimientos para la preparación del examen como Consultor.

El curso es impartido por instructores acreditados e incluye ejercicios y práctica de examen.
